Eating the same thing everyday bad?
I eat the same thing everyday for breakfast. I eat very healthy. I have a yogurt ( a cup that has 80 calories) mixed with some fiber one cereal, with a banana wrap which the wrap is 90 calories and low in carb. I eat a lot of fiber for breakfast or else I get really hungry during school. Will my body get used to eating the same thing and eventually not feel full because it's so used to eating the same thing every morning?
