How is my workout program?
Day 1: 3.3km of running (minimum)
Day 2: Muscular exercise (crunch, leg lift, push-up, oblique hold 1 min each side, handstand hold 1min and then workout with my sword for 1 hr)
Day 3: Back exercises (so basically nothing)
Day 4: Swimming (find out how far i can go tomorrow)
So is this a good 4 day workout for well me
Me: Weigh 76kgs, 186.5cm, rather fit, haven't exercised for about 3 weeks
So from that, is that good..also any recommendations and food to eat would be great
