Loose skin causing sagging need
I am of a healthy weight ( 19.4 BMI ) I have had children and came out of both in great shape :)
My breasts don't sag much I think most is excess skin, I can pass the pencil test ( can't hold a pencil under them ) but the upper half swoops enough for me to pinch a lot of skin there and under my arms.
I'm not looking at gaining breast just looking at how to tone up the breast and under arms?
I don't do a lot of exercise I eat healthy and walk, garden a lot.
Any ideas on how to loose some excess skin ? / maybe build some muscle underneath.
