A good layout of what do eat daily to lose weight and become healthy?
I'm looking to lose weight, but also to just become healthier. I was wondering if anyone has guidlines as to what to eat EXACTLY to achieve this.
As in
Breakfast: eat blahblahblah
Lunch: eat blahblahblah
Dinner: eat blahblahblah
I already know to cut out the junk, but I'm the type of person that needs organization and guidelines in life! lol

I don't want weight loss pills !! >:( Those things aren't natural and mess everything up!

breakfast: the best thing would be something with wheat in it and no sugar. or you could just have sliced bananas strawberries and any other fruit you would like to add with maybe some almond nuts and yogurt
lunch: a nice light chicken salad or tuna salad (thats if you like fish) as long as anything in the salad hasn't got alot of fat in it
dinner: any meat is fine with vegtables as long as there not done in a deep fat fryer. stir frying is the best way to cook veg
