Questions about Atkins Induction?
I started Atkins almost a week ago, I'm doing Induction right now, so I'm very limited to what I can and can't have. I am trying very hard to make sure I do this right and by the book, but I'm noticing things everyday on the labels of spices or canned veggie, that says like 2 grams of sugar. So, is this food that I've been eating, when I thought I was doing so good, just been throwing me off track everyday? I need Atkins answers!
