Is it possible to be overweight and fit?
So I was arguing with a friend today that said you can't be overweight and fit.
My (other) friend and exercise partner started at 300 pounds. She is now 230. Every other day she runs (and yes RUNS) three miles, while I lose my breath after the first. She can do 100 push ups and sit ups no problem. She puts me to shame, and I am relatively skinny and exercise routinely. I would say that even though she is currently overweight, she is fit.
What do you guys think?
