Am I getting a very good workout?

Am I getting a very good workout?

Sundays through Fridays each night I do p90x (ab ripper x) 100 pullups 100 pushups and 100 dips. Im 15 and don't have a great diet but still have a pretty athletic build. I just want to know if I have a good workout, and if it will get my upper body big?
