Am i losing weight healthily?
this is my eating plan everyday :
breakfast - oatmeal
lunch - juice, apple and a slice of bread with almond butter
snack - a yogurt cup
dinner - organic soup
dessert - a cup of green tea ( no milk, no sugar )
i do half an hour of elliptical and 15 minutes of weight training everyday.
i also take vitamins and drink a lot of water.
am i going to lose weight efficiently and healthily?
