Arms too big and fat-looking?
I used to lift weights for about 8 months. I don’t even know why. It was a dumb decision because now my arms look like they have no muscle they’re just fat. I literally gained like 5 pounds just from doing that. I run too when I go to the gym though (about 1.5-3 miles) and do pushups and stuff but I don’t know how to lose this fat/muscle in my arms. I can’t even do that many pushups or anything I can only do like 25 at once so I don’t even know what the weight lifting was worth. What should I do to like make my arms proportional to the rest of my body again?
