Carbohydrates of which sugars?

Carbohydrates of which sugars?

Ok so I am getting a bit confused with my carbohydrates,

A packet of crisps for example has 12.7g of carbs, 0.2g of which is sugars. What exactly does this mean? Am I correct in believing this is the sugar in its simplest form?

If 0.2g is sugar then what is the rest of the carbs? starch?

Also while I am asking you may also know the answer to another of my questions. the same pack of crisps contains 8.3g of fat, 0.7g saturates, 6.7g monosaturate and 0.5g polyunsaturated. If saturates is the "bad" fat, then does this not mean the fat content is relatively healthy considering we need the "good fats which I belived to be mono and poly unsaturated?

thanks for any help
