Do i consume too much protein?
Ok i am 14, 5 feet 4 inches and 110 pounds.
I just read a bunch of stuff that says like consume no more than 1/2 gram of protein per pound so i'd have to consume no more than 55 grams per day but i usually consume like 60-80 grams per day! (80 isnt that common its more toward 60)
I work out and do strength training regularly, but in the past week i have been busy and doing almost no exercise, sept some at home strength stuff (mild) and one day of swimming some laps. Does this mean i'll gain fat?
Also is 60-70 grams too much even if i'm exercising?
One more thing: I learned i dont reach my caloric goals on a daily basis and i was losing like a pound a week (NOT my goal) But my goal isnt to gain either so is it possible for me to gain even if i dont consume enough fat or carbs or calories?

No i am NOT. The weight loss is from accidental undereating and i've been trying to balance my intake of carbs, fat, protein, calories etc.
