Does this seem like an OKAY diet?

Does this seem like an OKAY diet?

On weekends or days of from school, i have an egg and cheese sandwich either on weat bread or a bagle. For lunch i'll have soup or ramen noodles, or some left overs. I'm not going to ask about my dinner, because i cant really control that right now. I always try to eat an apple or banana or yogurt every day, and i eat all my veggies at dinner. I tend to have some chocolate or icecream at the end of the night and snack a bit thruoutght the day.
For a school or week day, ill usually have about a half a cup to a cup of cheerios, because its hard for me to eat a huge bowl of cereal, and for lunch i have a pb&j, chewy granola bar and an apple. a while after dinner il have a small bowl of ice cream, 2-3 scoops, but with a teaspoon.

I feel like something is lacking in my diet, but im not sure what i need to put in. I know i need to lay a bit more off of the sweets, and i am improving. Im pretty healthy for a 13 year old, but i want to know how to be super healthy.
