Fitness diet plan?

im a male teenager 62 kilos weight and 1.72 hight. i drink around 15-17 glasses water per day and i do a programm in gym for building up. i only need to know what kinds of food should i eat every day. i go to school so i need a sandwich every day at 9 oclock. what else should i eat everyday? pls help me out!
