Hcg diet and fat loss?
Hello, I'm 14 and thinking about going on the hcg diet. I wanna lose my fat from my thighs,butt, arms and abdomen. Where do you lose fight mostly when on the hcg diet? Is it mostly abdomen fat or will i lose a considerable amount from my butt and thighs? Also, when I go back to regular eating, will my body try and store what I eat again, because it thinks it's gonna need the fat resources again?? Thanks
