How can I get back to my old routine?

I used to get up a 6 AM and spend 1-2 hours working out in the gym and spend the rest of the day going to college/doing college work and go down to sleep at 12-1 at night; this was a brilliant routine I had going. My routine over the christmas holidays were disturbed. I've had to study for exams over parts of the christmas and this seems to be the only time I can rest at ease without worrying about exams. Recently I find myself sleeping in until 1pm, which I haven't done in years! Has anyone got any tips tp help me get back into my old routine?
