How can i lose 15 lbs of fat and gain 10 lbs of muscle?
im 6'2 i weigh about 200lbs. im not fat or anything. im just pretty loose and im getting kinda sick of having loose belly/chest fat. its not cool at all and i really need 2 get in shape. I just wanna get rid of the fat and tone it, while gaining a little muscle. i really wanted to accomplish this by march or early april. Can i get any tips??
