How many calories am I eating a day? How long will it take me to lose weight?
I'm 13 and I want to lose weight to take up ballet. I'm 5 foot 2 and 128 pounds.
I eat a bowl of cornflakes with skimmed milk for breakfast and lunch. I usually have a casserole/stew for dinner (I don't eat bread with it). The stew is usually pork or beef and vegetables, no potatoes. I don't snack during the day and I just drink squash all day (no added sugar) (to Americans squash is a fruit flavouring you add to drinks; they have practically no calories).
I started this diet this week and I've sticking to it so far. If I stick to it, how long should it take for me to get to 115 pounds? I'm willing to put in the time I just don't want to be too ambitious or not ambitious enough and give up.
