How many calories should i be getting?
i am 21 5'3 108lbs
i ride the stationary bike for 30 minutes a day sometimes 10 minutes extra at a different time, i do anywhere from 200-350 sit ups a day i belly dance several times a day sometimes for longer than 30 minutes a session sometimes shorter and like 100-200 jumping jacks
(i am in the process of finding a job that's why i have a lot of free time right now)
i eat about 1,300 right now but i'm not sure if that's enough...
