How much cardio should I be doing?

How much cardio should I be doing?

How much cardio should I be doing daily to loose weight ?

I get up at 4:30 in the morning and workout from like 5- 5: 30

But I also go in the afternoon and do 20- 30 mins

I just got done with college and I did gain a lot of weight in college
I am 215 lbs

For breakfast I am eating a carb control EAS shake

For lunch I am eating a carb control EAS shake and cub of tuna

For dinner I am eating chicken breast and spinach leafs or a low carb wrap

My biggest question is am I eating enough and how muh cardio should I be doing to see a weight drop ?
