Is 1450 calories a day good?
I need to lose weight for dance, b/c we have a 2 piece costume and i want to look good!
I'm 16 5'4" and weigh 135 pounds, i exercise at least 5 times a week, dancing, running, and strength exercises, for 1-3 hours, i think im pretty muscular, but i have fat on my stomach and thighs :( So if i eat 1450 calories a day (fruits veggies and lean meats and very little carbs) will i lose the weight by March 30th?????
P.S. I ate an average of 1450 calories a day this week and lost 2.3 pounds :)
