Is it bad to eat a too much food even if it's healthy?
I'm starting to work out again but I have a crazy appetite. I try to make up for this by eating healthy food but I still eat a lot of food. For dinner tonight I ate:
-2 tall glasses of skim milk
-A banana
-An apple
-A large bowl of spinach leaf salad with tomatoes, flax seed, broccoli, boiled eggs, jalapeno peppers, and a small bit of dressing.
-3 sushi's with wasabi dressing
-A whole wheat bread sandwich with turkey, pepperjack cheese, lettuce, tomato, jalaepnos, onions, banana peppers, and mustard
I'm currently 6'1" and 207lbs, I'm trying to get down to 190lbs (what I weighed when I wrestled in high school). Is it ok for me to eat these large quantities of healthy food and continue to work out, or do I need to cut short my amount as well? My work outs usually last an hour and are pretty intense too so I burn a lot of calories.
