Is it possible to lose this many pounds In a month?
I'm aiming to lose about 15-20 pounds a month.
My routine:
Starts in Feburary!
*breakfast, Apple,lowfat milk,grapes,Special K cereal bar.
Lunch: SALAD WITH LOW FAT RANCH,APPLE OR ANOTHER KIND OF FRUIT. WATERR
Dinner: THINGS LIKE TOMATO SOUP, Anything healthy! Steamed vegetables! Waterrrr
And workout for 2 hours a day! Running,ab exercises,jump rope, jog, walk,
