Is this a good diet & exercise plan?

Is this a good diet & exercise plan?

Ok so i came up with a new diet & exercise plan to lose weight... I was wondering if anyone could tell me approx. how many lbs i will lose per week, if it is safe, and if you have any recommendations..

Im 14, 6'2", approx. 200lbs.

I run 6 miles a day ( Treadmill :P, First i run at 4.0mph for 2 miles, then i get off take a 5-10 minute break, then repeat two more times. )

My diet allows me to eat no more than 1500 calories a day, most of it being rich in vitamins and proteins and all that.

This is just to lose weight, and when i lose that weight i will stay on the diet and then work out with running about 2-3 miles a day, also doing pushups, crunches, and all that.

About how much protein should i eat daily?
