Is this a good HIIT workout program?

Is this a good HIIT workout program?

Burpees: 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest - 6 minutes
Jump Squats: 30 seconds work, 15 seconds rest - 3 times
High Knees: 30 seconds work, 15 seconds rest - 3 times

This will be done every monday, wednesday and friday. Tuesday, thursday, saturday are for weightlifting and sunday is rest.
Is this a good workout plan if i want to get my bodyfat down??
