Know any different type of Workout classes I could teach at the gym ?
I'm an instructor at the gym that I work at.
And recently my boss asked if I knew of any new fun classes that I could read up on and teach.
The thing is I only know how to do step-classes. I was wondering if you have done, or know of any new fun classes I could teach to encourage all ages to get fit and sweat :)
We are starting to do Zumba.. which is really fun and great.
Im a high energy person and would love to hear any classes you have done or workouts you've seen on tv !
Please no yoga/Pilates.. I find this very boring !
