Oil-based foundation for dry skin?
Heya,
I don't often use foundation for full face coverage, maybe just a dab on any blemishes. At the moment I'm using a revlon oil free perfect match kinda foundation, not sure of it's exact name. However, if, for special occasions, I do want to use this foundation on my entire face, it leaves my skin looking somewhat dry and flaky, and seems to...cling to blemishes that arent even visible WITHOUT the foundation. Its looks, pretty much, cakey?
So, I'm wondering, what sort of foundation would I need to use to achieve a dewy, glowing look?
Would an oilier formula help achieve this look?
