Overwhelmed by workout options?

Overwhelmed by workout options?

There are so many plans on there, so many exercises, so many products, so many conflicting opinions... I don't know what to think anymore.

I need a good workout plan to put on weight and build muscle, to go from being 6"1 and 140 to 6"1 and 170. I'm not sure which one to choose. I don't have the spare cash to buy expensive supplements. I have whey protein shake and that's about it. I'm 18. I need a plan that will get me a great body, no matter how grueling.

I could really use some advice right now, thanks!
