What Diet Pill REALLY Works?

I am paralyzed and although I have cut down on my calorie intake, I am gaining weight by leaps and bounds! I need to lose about twenty pounds and want to know which of the online diet pills that claim to offer weight loss REALLY WORK!! I've talked to my Dr. about this but his reply was very rude, and I may change Doctors because of his remark. Can someone please let me know which of these diet pills work? I bought two bottles of the Phenphedrine but only lost nine pounds from both bottles. I need to lose 20 more so I feel better about myself and am not so depressed from all of this weight gain.
