Why am i not losing weight?
i am pretty frustrated now. I have been jogging at least 3 times a week or even more usually 10km at least. My calories intake sometimes can be 1200 or 1500? but why am i still not losing weight at all?
i also make sure that i am drinking at least 1.5 Litres of water everyday ):
This is pretty bad because every now and then i am scare that i would gain weight when i wake up in the morning.
