Would it be bad to bleach my hair again?

I had it 'fully' bleached once, but the hairdresser barely did it right.
I switched to a new hairdresser.
The second time, it was highlights.
Now that my hair is real dark brown again, I want to get it orangey/red. In able to do this, I know I must bleach my hair.
My hair is in a good condition right now. Will this mess it up?
