Hey, im 14 and i need help with a gym workout?

Hey, im 14 and im 5'7 136 pounds. I have a little bit of belly fat, and im looking to get rid of it, i want to know the best way to do it. I started trying to lose the belly fat and im trying to gain muscle while im at it, i go to the gym 5 days a week and do 25 minutes of cardio on stationary bikes, and i do weight training also, i only drink water and i usually have a rep hockey 3 times a week on top of my workouts.
i started working out 2 weeks ago, i have seen little results and im looking to see a big change. as i am now commited to working out.
if any one could tell me what kind of foods i should be eating, maybe some kind of protein boosters i should buy? Just help thank you :)
