Why have I gained so much weight and why do I always feel like eating?
Well, in 2009 I went on an all fruit and veg diet and lost 13kg. I came off that diet in march last year stayed at around 57-59kg up until September, then I was just eating all the time. I exercise everyday: around 20-30 minutes on a cycle machine and walk my dog for 40-60 minutes, so I'm not just lying around. I've gained weight since then and now weigh 62.7kg as of today.
At first I put it down to the holiday season, there's food everywhere you look. I also thought that due to me being vegetarian I'm eating too many carbohydrates. But I've cut down on everything recently, but I always feel like eating, even if I just binged.
How can I stop this? I want to weigh 53-55kg by March this year. Is it do able if I sort this out? Why do I feel like eating all the time?
I'm a girl by the way, and 5'6 if that helps at all.

I had some really big exam in November, so I wasn't as active then. But I still walked my dog. How long would it take to get to my ideal weight though? I think I will go back on my fruit/veg/soup diet.
