How can i do this in loosing wieght?
can someone tell me how can i do this im trying to loose Weight from my stomach i have lil belly and i have been going to the gym for about 1 month but im not sure how can i get it done because i work out my hole body to get the muscles i need and in the same time i try not eat alot to loose my stomach and some people tell me that i have to eat for my muscle to grow but i fell that im not going to loose my stomach how can i do it ? eat normal and it will go away by time? or keep my self hungry by eating less and working out ?
