How many calories would be in this meal?

I had a bowl of fusilli pasta, with green pesto and grated cheese on top earlier; and I can't find on the internet anywhere how to work out how many calories it was?
has anyone got a rough idea?
or can you link me to a good website to work it out? thanks x
