Will I lose weight on this diet?
So, I'm a 5'9" female and I currently weigh 185 pounds (over the past 4 years it's been fluctuating between 165 and 185). I'm 17 years old, and I'd like to lose around 30-35 pounds by mid-June. My main goal, though, is to lose 4 inches off my waist and 4 off my hips.
Currently, I exercise for 40-50 minutes about 5 times per week. When I excercise, I try to fluctuate my heart rate, but it usually just stays in a 150-180 bpm range for the full time I'm excercising. I work my quads, gluteals, abs, and arms in different ways. I don't know, I think I'm pretty good about it.
I eat about 1800 calories daily (which I'll decrease over time, but not lower than 1400 calories), which for me amounts to maybe like 50-60g of protein (which I know is low, but I'm a vegan. I take a multivitamin. I combine proteins like beans, lentils, nuts, seeds, and grains. I eat about an equal amount of protein from grains and the legumes/nuts arena). I eat a fair amount of veggies and fruits. I could probably be doing better with veggies, but I do eat enough beans and stuff that I don't want to get too much fiber, because that's not good either. I'm pretty sure I drink enough water. I only get about 6 hours of sleep every night currently, but I'm trying to get more. I think exercising will help. (It's hard because I have to get up at 5:30a)
Anyway, do you think I'll meet my goal? I know everyone's an individual, but based on what I said?

yes! if you're struggling to find time to exercise, perhaps walk some places rather than using transport to include daily exercise into your lifestyle! :D
