Lookin for some advice and help to decide what i should go to school for?

i'm wondering if anybody can tell me some medical careers i would be interested in..... i just go tmy emt basic. but i know that emts dont get paid very much.. i have thought about going to school to be a physicians assistant but i dont think thats gonna be enough hands on work for me.. also been thinkin about gettin a bsn.. are there any other options i should think about? and help would be great!
