What can i do about miliaria?

is there anyone else with this? i have all of the symptoms from it and am pretty sure i have it. does anyone know any way to cure it or anythang. this is a pain that i have had for to long and can't take it anymore. i'd commit suicide over this pain. it sucks that bad. its a tingly prickly needle pain that goes through my body every time i get hot or excited. and i cant sweat. if i try to sweat the feeling comes. could ii get disability for this cause it interfers with my job also
