Wanting to do chest and back twice in this week?
I am thinking of doing chest and back tomorrow but with just 3 sets for each body part. Is it recommended? In addition , i had done 3 exercises for both back and chest on this monday.
So my actual workout routine is
Monday : Chest/Back
Wednesday : Leg
Friday : Shoulder/Arm
Since i have a big shoulder and wanting a big chest. Should i change tomorrow as like a full body workout without leg which is chest/back/shoulder/arm each 1 exercise.
Will it be too intense??
