When do you think I will see results from this routine?
I use to weight lift but took about a 7 months break due to an injury. I just started up 1 week ago. I do most of the lifts from the upper body section of this page...

I do 3 sets of about 8-12 reps of each lift. My work outs usually last from an hour to an hour and half and I work out upper body Monday, Wednesday, Friday. I do controlled slow reps too.
