Valentines's Day Allergies

Valentines's Day brings chocolates and flowers -- and lots of them. While most people love getting these signs of love, others may find that their allergy symptoms flare as a result. Chocolates often have hidden allergens, such as peanuts and treenuts, that can trigger allergic reactions in people with food allergies. Additionally, pollen and strong odors from flowers can result in worsening nasal allergy symptoms in people with allergic rhinitis. So what should you get a person with food allergies and allergic rhinitis for Valentine's Day? How about a nice greeting card and a massage.
