Creating The Most Effective Gym Routine For Me?

I started dieting about a month ago and I've lost 10 pounds due to really healthy and controlled eating and exercising every day. However, I've reached a plateau and I think I need to take a closer look at my gym routine, which nowadays looks like this:

20 Minutes Elliptical (Light Intensity)
10 Minutes Leg Circuits (Muscle)
10 Minutes Torso Circuits (Muscle)
10 Minutes Ab Workouts and Stretching

I only have about an hour every day to gym but I need to focus more on maximizing my fat burn. I've read up about stretching before cardiovascular exercises to "spread" out the muscle so more is burned but I don't know. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated :)
