Trying to lose weight?

140 pounds, 14, female, 61 inches, BMI = 1485 (I'm pretty sure)

How much of what exercise should I be doing every day and how many calories should I be eating? What type of foods should I be eating? I've heard belly dancing is a great exercise, I'd love to give that a go just at home in my room :)
