Having issues with my weight?
i have not been eating anything  out of the ordinary or more than i normally do but i have gained 2  pounds. For some reason i feel nasty and worthless when i step off the  scale and see that i weigh more than 115, it means i have to cut back on  what i eat during the day until that scale says 115 again. what is the  easiest way to lose a pound or two as quick as possible without totally  starving myself.
