Looking for an answer on push ups?

Looking for an answer on push ups?

On Mon, Wed, and Fri I do wide grip push ups so it's working my chest and upper back. Anything else? I'm doing 20 resting 30 sec and repeat 5 times so I do 100 then rest about 5 min and do it again. Good workout? Also what i want to know is if it will actually build noticable muscle. I want to be able to flex my pecs ;) haha thanks.
