Nutritionists: Microwave Cooking...Okay vs bad?
In your opinion/knowledge, what are the facts/evidence that microwaving food is bad for health.
E.g; are all nutrients simply destroyed? Thanks :)

I make big batches of veggie soup...but instead of heating up the entire pan for just one portion, I sometimes just microwave a bowl. Am I just destroying all the goodness? :)
