What kind of things can I do to lose weight?

I want to lose a little bit of weight, is there any things i can do besides excercise and go on a diet? Like this one person told me it helps u lose weight by smelling apples.. is there any other things i can do to help me a little more? Any cool things you guys have learned?

you definitely don't lose weight by smelling apples! if you want to just drop a couple sizes, I suggest counting calories. I know it sound like a pain in the ***, but keeping a food diary and counting calories throughout the day is said to make you a more organized person, so that's a plus:) there's really no way around diet and exercise, that is the best method. hope this helps:)
