The Master Cleanse?
hello, I am not doing the master cleanse i just want to do the salt flush!
i went and bought natural salt and i put it in my glass of water, 2 tea spoons! of salt and i stirred it But i took it in the moring b4 i ate and it been like 2 3 hours and nothing really happen?
the only reason i did this is casue i went to a party and ate cake popcorn and junk food and stuff.
i ussally eat the good stuff all the time tho! like vegies and fruits!
and i just wanted to get rid of it well most! of it anyways and also if u were on the master cleanse
do u have to drink that salt water every day for 7 days? cause it taste werid lol!
